The Blue Edit

The Blue Edit 1

It’s safe to say that blue is one of my favourite colours, particularly when it comes to my wardrobe. It is just that simple, chic and classy colour that never dates and always makes me feel comfortable.

I picked this cute top up from Pull & Bear in their sale for something ridiculous like £6!! I love the oversized style of it, the sleeve length, and cute motif on the back; I cannot stress how great I think Pull & Bear is, I never fail to find a million things I really need want in there. The fabric has quite a sheen to it so it has that dressy feel to it; I’ve teamed with jeans here but this would work with wide leg, satin trousers or a midi length, pleated skirt and heels (both of which I also have so watch this space…!).

I like to wear skinny on the bottom and then slightly bigger on the top to balance things out and of course hide any potential food babies one may have!

The jeans are my go to Topshop Leigh ones, no surprise there eh! I find them the fit perfect for me and I have had these for about 7 years so man do they last; £40 well spent!

I love this easy going, relaxed style which still has a touch of glam to it; sometimes you don’t have to go OTT, a simple pair of skinnies, killer heels and a cute top is all that is needed.

My handbag is a new purchase (see previous OOTD blog) and my sunglasses are also new from Miss Guided at Selfridges. I love the combo of these two; jet black, simple and classic that will go with pretty much anything.
