So spring is finally springing into action (see what I did there?!) and so finally I don’t have to layer every inch of myself up and my outfits be a majority of oversized scarves and thermals. A jeans and jumper combo is one of my favourites; simple, chic and perfect for our unpredictable weather. Spring is so nice when it comes to fashion as you can rock those lighter colours and lighter fabrics, plus the lighter nights make it far easier to take blogging photos… 😊
Slip on pumps are a staple in my wardrobe, the perfect spring footwear and I picked these beauts up for £9.99 from Pull & Bear; I have come to realise that it is physically impossible for me to enter Pull & Bear without getting my purse out…. Apologies bank balance.
My jumper was another steal from H&M at only £3!!! It is so light and perfect to throw on; definitely something that is coming with me on my upcoming Australia trip!
When it comes to colour I do struggle slightly as I try to wean myself off my go to navy, greys, blacks etc and attempt to lighten my outfits a tad. I am not particularly a pink fan, however blushed pink is something I am definitely warming too and looks so gorgeous at this time of year. I love the contrast of blushed pink with navy and grey as it just looks so effortlessly classy.
The coat is an oldie but a goodie duster coat from Miss Guided that is perfect for either smart or casual.
The bag is a newbie too after I realised I had a spot going for a practical, black shoulder bag and this one comes from H&M. The inside is like a blushed pink suede effect too so goes great with this look. It comes with an inner pouch and magnetic closing at the top so pretty practical too.
All in all this outfit comes up pretty cheap price wise but it is definitely one of my comfiest and feel good outfits currently in my wardrobe that for my style, is pretty perfect for spring.
