It’s that time of year again when hoards rush to supermarkets for the latest electronic deals, everyone wants to buy something no matter what it is, and getting that bargain is an absolute must! Yep brace yourself, its Black Friday people.
Black Friday is a great opportunity to get some much needed bargains and save a few pennies in the run up to Christmas so take a look at my style guide for pieces that will definitely make a statement in your wardrobe!
With plenty of choice at The Gracechurch Centre make sure you don’t miss out; I have worked with The Gracechurch Centre previously and it is a great shopping centre which is keen to support both the big names and independent brands. I love the big names such as H&M and Topshop (Topshop is my go to for the perfect jeans!) but it is also great to welcome new independent retailers and boutiques including Riley Boutique/Oh La La and Luxury Essentials Ltd/Swarovski.
Riley Boutique – Riley Boutique offer their customers Italian style clothing, ready to be worn exclusively in the streets of Britain. Stock is limited and exclusive – once pieces are gone, they’re gone!
Luxury Essentials (Swarovski) – Luxury Essentials Ltd are Authorised Retailers of Swarovski jewellery and watches, accessories, decorative items for the home as well as ornaments and figurines.
With lots of offers to entice us just remember to keep a level head and buy things that you actually need; otherwise you may end up with handfuls of things you don’t actually want and an even more over crowded wardrobe than you had to begin with. Jewellery is always a good option to go for whether it is a little pre-Christmas treat for yourself or another crossed off Christmas present! Swarovski is a good shout whether it’s a watch, pendant or even a special ring needed!
Many retailers have offers where if you spend over a certain amount you can receive a free gift or gift card to use at a later date; always useful for those last minute Christmas presents that we tend to forget about – you know, your child’s teacher, the unexpected gift from next door or the last minute get together with the extended in-laws…
In my style guide I have picked out some rather gorgeous bits and pieces for both the ladies and gents no matter what their taste or your budget. My advice would be to take advantage of all the party wear available right now whether it’s for the work Christmas party or perhaps you’re thinking ahead to next year with weddings, parties and christenings.
A good outfit starts with good underwear so why not treat yourself to some new lingerie this Black Friday. Ann Summers isn’t just about dressing up or products that appear at most hen parties…. But also rather gorgeous lingerie sets; this black lace set is perfect for the party season underneath a Little Black Dress.
When it comes to the guy’s aftershave is always an easy option and The Fragrance Shop have plenty of Black Friday Deals to keep your bank balance happy! My personal favourites for men are Hugo Boss, Diesel and Dior; all have great ranges, lovely gift sets and vary in price.
My Black Friday advice regardless of what you are buying is to keep it real and don’t go over the top. Make a list of what you need/want and who it is for. Research online which retailers have what and make a note of the shops you need to visit. Also look at which offers each retailer is offering; is it more cost effective to buy numerous bits in one place or branch out? So remember, make a list and research online to save you time and money, as well as keeping your blood pressure down!
Visit The Gracechurch Centre for all the latest Black Friday offers, go on, grab yourself a bargain!
