Beauty Edit: Current Faves 1

I try to be good when it comes to makeup and not splurge overboard when I still have enough products in my collection * note this does not apply to lipstick, I continue to purchase at a rapid rate… *

I like to try and finish products, and just have a few from each area to choose from so I thought I would show you some of my favourites; these are products that I have used a lot over the last few months and ones I really would recommend.

Foundation: L’Oréal Paris Infallible Matte

Love, love, love this foundation. It is my go to choice when I want to look good, and the packaging is great, perfect for travelling. It gives a really nice medium coverage and I like how it looks on my skin. I would definitely buy another!

Concealer: Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer

My absolute favourite; easy to blend, covers dark circles and blemishes, and is illuminating under the eyes. I need to get my hands on another!

Bronzer: Soap and Glory Solar Powder

A bit of a cult favourite amongst beauty bloggers already and it’s easy to see why. I have pale skin and this doesn’t make me look orange. I like that it has two shades; I tend to swirl my brush between to the two. It gives a nice, healthy, glow finish.

Lip Colour: Nars Satin Lip Pencil in Torres Del Paine

I got this is the Christmas set they brought out and I love it so much. I didn’t realise it was limited addition so please Nars bring it out again! It is a gorgeous everyday colour, and goes really well with a smoky eye; it’s a beautiful coral/pink colour. I really don’t want this product to run out!

Eye Colour: Kiko Eyeshadow Stick in 37

First off big shout out for the amazing packaging; I love that you don’t have to sharpen, just simply twist to get more product. The colours are great (I have three different shades), they are really pigmented, you can build it up a lot or just give a wash of colour. They last too, a very good choice for the summer months!

Mascara: Tarte Gifted Amazonian Clay

Again I love the packaging design, it’s nice and different; it really stands out. This mascara gives my lashes a feathered look with added volume.

Brows: Sephora Retractable Brow Pencil

Love this product! Twist it up to get more product and apply straight to the brow. It gives a nice subtle look and I found a good match to my brow colour. I would buy this again anytime!

So there you have it. I hope that helps if you are on the hunt for some new beauty bits.
